Il devient propriétaire en 2020 de 10 hectares qui appartenaient à \"Denis\" (d'où le nom d'une de ses cuvées), et continue ainsi son travail de précision pour élaborer des beaux blancs de gastronomie. Son vignoble est converti de suite à l'agriculture biologique. Il a une vision très paysanne et pleine de bon sens de son vignoble. Sa façon de regarder est globale, chaque micro-organisme a son importance et constitue un ensemble. D'ailleurs, pour lui aucune année ne se ressemble à la vigne, et c'est l'observation quotidienne qui dicte son intervention ou non, à quel moment traiter ou à quel moment coucher l'herbe par exemple.
