Fabien Cazé took over the family estate 14 years ago, in 2007, but waited until 2013 to release his first vintage; the time needed for the soils and vines to fully adapt to the complete transition from conventional to natural farming. Fabien has taken the time to craft Champagnes in his own image, following a parcel-based approach grounded in observation and experimentation to continuously refine his knowledge. His philosophy of constant questioning and self-reflection allows him to stay close to his vines and reveal the living essence of his high-slope terroirs, where the bedrock lies just beneath the surface.
