He also explored new terroirs by purchasing a new hillside plot and renting vines in a neighbouring village. Part of the original vineyard was deliberately preserved in order to retain a valuable stock of old vines.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt the same time, after considerable work, he converted the estate’s 16 hectares to organic farming.
