After spending some time in the world of bullfighting, he turned his attention to wine, graduating in oenology from Montpellier SupAgro in 2016.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHe went on to gain experience alongside some outstanding winemakers, including Marcel Deiss in Alsace, Eric Forest in the Mâconnais and Viña Koyle in Chile. In 2020, he returned to his roots in the Roussillon, becoming assistant vineyard manager at Olivier Pithon's estate in Calce, before acquiring his first vines in 2021.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eToday, he farms around 3 hectares between Calce, Baixas and the Corbières, with a deeply respectful approach to nature, inspired by organic and biodynamic farming.
