From there, everything fell into place! She completed her diploma in viticulture and oenology in 2020, learnt the art of horse-powered vineyard work near Pommard in 2021, gained cellar experience in Provence and managed a small estate in Madiran in 2023.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn 2024, Esther decided to take the plunge and start making wine under her own name.
