Very promising.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e🍷 Serving temperature: 9-10 °C\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe estate Les Terres Bariolées was founded in 2022 by Edoardo Veltroni and Claire Freist, who met while working in some of Burgundy’s most prestigious appellations.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe domaine farms 5 hectares of vineyards, all located around the village of Chalus, at around 600 metres altitude, south of Issoire near Boudes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlantings include Chardonnay, Chardonnay Muscaté, Gamay and Pinot Noir, with Syrah and Aligoté currently planted or planned.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vines are cultivated organically, with inspiration drawn from biodynamic practices.
