Clément Perseval est vigneron Champenois au cœur du Parc Naturel de la Montagne de Reims. Clément reprend 2 hectares des vignes familiales qu’il signe avec son propre nom avant de prendre le tout en main. Il travaille les vignes à sa manière en respectant la biodiversité et il vinifie naturellement. Son travail a pour objectif d’exprimer tout le potentiel de son terroir de Chamery.
