The oldest vines are even worked by horse! The estate is deeply committed to protecting and encouraging plant and animal biodiversity throughout its vineyards.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAnother wonderful feature is that winemaking takes place in magnificent cellars carved into the tuffeau limestone beneath the vineyards!
