A region that is now attracting the attention of great wine lovers thanks to the complexity of its terroirs, the altitude, and the beautiful acidity of its grape varieties.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDuring the tasting, we will guide you through these three regions, compare their dry white wines, and discover one of the oldest sweet wines known in France (older than the famous Sauternes) whose traces date back to the Middle Ages. While Madiran and Irouléguy are also renowned for their red wines, these remain rare in Jurançon; this tasting is therefore primarily dedicated to white wines.
