Michel Gahier s'est formé quelque temps chez Jacques Puffeney, célèbre vigneron de Montigny, avant de s'installer tout près. C'est, apparemment, un homme discret, aux convictions bien marquées ! Ses vins sont travaillés à l'ancienne, sa viticulture minutieuse, pas d'intrants, peut-être une dose infime de SO2 quelque fois.
