Today, the estate covers 25 hectares of vines, planted mainly with Chenin Blanc, Pineau d’Aunis, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Gamay.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vines are planted at a very high density of 7,500 vines per hectare, encouraging competition between the plants and resulting in greater concentration in the grapes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe distinctive character of the wines comes from the flint soils of the Loir Valley and the clay-limestone subsoil, combined with a particularly favourable microclimate: low rainfall, ideal sunshine and excellent vineyard exposure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGreat care is taken in the vineyard.
