Those unforgettable evenings were built around the perfect partnership of great food and great wine, his friend in the kitchen, Thomas behind the corkscrew. Years later, we recreated that same spirit with Andrew (Andy) Rogers, then a chef with Yves Camdeborde and originally from Liverpool.
