Lagered Ale (5%) brewed following the same processes used for our lagers, but in this case with Ale yeast. Made with 100% malt and German hops to achieve a clean, elegant beer. It offers a pleasant balance between drinkability and character, with notes of cereal and freshly cut grass.
Founded in 2013 by Andoni Galdos in Donostia, San Sebastián. A warm, geeky spot with a welcome that will knock you off your feet, this young brewery has everything of a great one, with a perfect team located not far from the universities.
