Xavier Bénier is a discreet and talented winemaker based in Saint-Julien, at the heart of the granitic Beaujolais. On his small estate (6Ha), cultivated without any chemical inputs, he crafts wines of great purity, guided by a resolutely natural approach: indigenous yeasts, minimal intervention, and sulphur reduced to the bare essentials.
