The Ors na Bruma farm distillery is located at an altitude of 850 metres, at the eastern entrance to the village of Aucun in the Val d’Azun, nestled at the foot of the majestic Gabizos and Pic du Midi d’Arrens mountain ranges in the Hautes-Pyrénées. A stunning area of unspoilt natural beauty!

Originally from Slovakia, Jana Petricova changed career paths in 2016, turning to agriculture and gaining a professional qualification in organic market gardening (BPREA). She then went on to train in the cultivation and distillation of medicinal plants.

Sylvain Delord is a qualified agricultural engineer who, after a career in aquaculture, decided to take a new direction as he approached his forties. He began training in distillation in 2020 and continues to develop his expertise.
