Perched in Corconne, north of Montpellier in the Gard department, Domaine Zélige-Caravent is made up of a mosaic of small vineyard plots nestled amongst the wild Mediterranean scrubland, known as garrigue. This typically Mediterranean landscape offers a remarkable diversity of soils and geology. Limestone soils scattered with small stones bring a distinctive freshness to the wines.

The vineyards are cultivated according to biodynamic principles, with particular attention paid to the rhythm of the seasons and lunar cycles. Every plot is tended by hand, from winter pruning through to harvest. Hand-picking ensures that only the healthiest, perfectly ripe grapes are selected.

In the cellar, spontaneous fermentations take place without any additives, preserving the authentic expression of the terroir. The wines are then aged in concrete tanks to maintain their natural balance.
