A working vineyard since 1874, Château de Bouillerot is now run by Thierry Bos, who farms his 8-hectare estate organically since 2013. Located in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers, the soils are predominantly clay-limestone, providing the foundation for fresh, balanced wines.

What makes the estate truly special is its dedication to reviving forgotten grape varieties native to the Bordeaux region, such as Carménère and Malbec, giving them a new voice in this historic terroir.
