🍷 Serve at 17–18°C. Decant for about an hour before serving.
This family estate has belonged to the Fillon family since its founding in 1937. Since 2006, it’s been run by Chantal Watts and her husband Peter, and today their children are gradually taking over the reins. The 14-hectare vineyard is planted on clay-limestone and deep, gravelly-siliceous soils. It’s cultivated with a highly sustainable approach; no pesticides, natural treatments only.
