Clément Perseval is a Champagne grower in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Regional Nature Park. Clément took over 2 hectares of his family’s vines, releasing wines under his own name before eventually managing the whole estate. He works the vines in his own way, with respect for biodiversity, and he vinifies naturally. His aim is to express the full potential of his Chamery terroir.
