Maison Forissier is an old family of market gardeners who have cultivated the land of Forez for 3 generations, specifically in the commune of Bonzon. Specializing in aromatic plants, they chose to highlight verbena, an emblematic plant of the region. They cultivate nearly 10,000 organic verbena plants, which are harvested and destemmed by hand! The liqueur is obtained by cold maceration.
The Cuvée Tradition can be enjoyed fresh or chilled!
