Michel Bedouet, now assisted by his son Antonin in the vineyard, bought back his father's family vines in 1990. In 2010, he finally started organic farming in his vineyards, an idea he had been considering for some time. But, as he explained to us, it was not easy morally. Unfortunately, he was criticized by some neighbors for taking a different farming direction, even closing the door to some businesses. Today, however, he refers to this decision as one of the best. With this stance, he rediscovered the winegrower's profession, observation, and common sense. He also believes that his wines have increasingly expressed the terroir better, with new aromatics and deeper minerality. The soil work in the vineyard is rigorously carried out by Antonin, in the cellar indigenous yeasts, no inputs except for small doses of sulfites.
