DOMAINE COUSTARRET 6ème Sens 2024 Vin de France 75cl White
Grape variety: 100% Gros Manseng
Natural / no added sulphites.
Tasting notes: An atypical “Jurançon”. Juicy yellow fruits and dried fruits intertwine on the nose; the palate is round and generous, lifted by a slightly bitter finish that brings contrast and definition. An inviting cuvée.
🍷 Serving temperature: 10 °C.
Sébastien Coustarret works the family vineyard, passed down through several generations (seven to date!). The vines are located on the hillsides of Lasseube, in a lush green setting at 380 metres above sea level, facing the magnificent Pyrenees mountain range. Guided by the knowledge of his ancestors and a deep passion for his craft, he strives to highlight the distinctive character of Jurançon grape varieties. Here, the balance between sweetness, freshness and alcohol creates the elegance and dignity of great wines. Rigour, patience and careful observation allow the vine to produce its finest fruit, overflowing with flavour and rare expression.
