Grape varieties: 70% Gros Manseng & Petit Manseng
Vinification and aging in barrels, one amphora and one demi-muid.
Tasting notes: Expressive nose with notes of citrus zest, quince and exotic fruit. The palate is full of energy, with dried passion fruit and quince. The finish is coating but salivating and saline. A second vintage even punchier than the previous one, well done Mathieu!

Mathieu Lauliac is launching his small estate on 1.5 ha on the beautiful terroirs of Chapelle de Rousse, which he has patiently planted over the past few years. Located on the hillside opposite Clos Joliette with only massal selections. After a great experience at Domaine Lapeyre with Jean Bernard and still present today at "Jardins de Babylone."
