Tasting Notes: An original dry Jurançon! Golden color, free and complex nose, its structure combining finesse and fullness, rather dense, its lively and invigorating straightforwardness make it a beautiful gastronomic wine for gourmet tables, to pair with, for example, beautiful prawns!

Jean-Pierre Proharam established his estate in 2004. His father already had some vines whose harvest was sold to the cooperative. Located on the hillsides of Lasseube, his vineyards boast beautiful exposures with the stunning Pic du Midi d'Ossau in the background. Jean-Pierre is very conscious of the environment and the careful tending of his vines; everything is cultivated using organic and biodynamic agriculture, with heightened observation! Strongly attached to Occitan culture, the names of his cuvées reflect this: "Sonque Ta Tu" ("Only for you" for his daughter), Esberit ("Fiery" for his son).

As a side note, Jean has been the name given to the eldest son for 4 generations in homage to the Pic du Midi d'Ossau, nicknamed "Jean-Pierre" in our region!
