FRUITSLAGERS Madame Gember (Ginger) 34cl Syrup
Flavour: A ginger syrup to dilute (1:8) – 1 bottle of syrup = 2.72 litres of soda
Crafting / Tasting Notes: Jeanette won't be pushed around. This feisty madame thinks Dutch eating habits could use some pepper in the ass. And the fruit farmers couldn't agree more! Using rejected ginger as a base, they got to brewing. Lime leaf, cloves, turmeric: Madame asks for that spiciness, right? From mountains of leftover ginger a fiery soft drink was resurrected: Warming ginger is tackled by potent madame jeanette, lulled by fresh lime and lemon. In the full sun refreshing like a ginger beer, in the moonlight perfect for an exciting cocktail. Madame Gember: spicy stuff!
