"Originally from Lyon, and after eight years in Burgundy where I was able to deepen my passion for the wine world, I decided to live this passion and produce my own wines. The territory of the Pyrénées Orientales, and more particularly the village of Calce, quickly appeared to me as an obvious choice. The richness of the landscapes, the great variety of terroirs, and the dynamism of the winemakers of Calce naturally led me to this unique village. With the desire to produce high-quality wines, I opted for working the vines and wines organically and biodynamically, which also connects me to my deep values.
