Domaine Dudognon is a wonderful family story that began in 1991, when Fabrice Dudognon established his estate with just 4 hectares of vines and a cellar carved into the tuffeau limestone in Chinon. His son Jules joined him in 2021, and together they now cultivate 23 hectares organically in the heart of the Véron, between the Loire and Vienne rivers.
Their philosophy is simple: to respect the soils, grapes and terroirs in order to produce honest, expressive wines. In the cellar, fermentation takes place exclusively with indigenous yeasts, and sulphur additions are kept to a minimum.
Cabernet Franc for the reds, Chenin for the whites and Sauvignon for their Vin de France, each cuvée is crafted to express its own unique identity, combining fruit, freshness and the distinctive character of Loire Valley wines.
