Peggy and Jean-Pascal Buronfosse settled in Rotalier in the 2000s. Committed to making the most natural wines possible, they surrounded themselves with some truly remarkable winemakers, such as Jean-François Ganevat and Julien Labet, who supported them in their early days! Their small estate covers around 4 hectares, all farmed organically, and offers several single-parcel cuvées that showcase character, purity, and minerality.
