Peggy and Jean-Pascal Buronfosse settled in Rotalier in the early 2000s. Driven by a desire to craft wines as naturally as possible, they surrounded themselves with some of Jura’s most influential vignerons, including Jean-François Ganevat and Julien Labet, who mentored them in their early years.
Their small estate covers around 4 hectares, all farmed organically, and they produce several single-parcel cuvées that express character, purity, and minerality. A rising name in the Jura scene, offering excellent value for wines from a region that’s more sought-after than ever.
