COMTE S. Harmonie 2024 Vin de France (Jurançon/Gers) 75cl Dry white
Grape varieties: 80% Gros Manseng & Petit Manseng
Aged for 1 year in Burgundian barrels, without added sulfites.
Tasting notes: An open nose of flowers and yellow fruits with good intensity, a full, sappy attack, a linear and lively palate with a finish of almonds and sourdough bread, all freshness, delicately balanced!
🍷 Serve at 11/12°C, aerate well in your glass before tasting!
Here is a blend of grapes vinified and aged without sulfites by Sébastien Comte from two different Béarn terroirs: Gros and Petits Mansengs from Jurançon in Monein, Haut Uchaa district, and Gros Manseng from the southern Gers in Maumusson-Laguian in Madiran. A harmony between two opposing North/South horizons from here! We love it!
