Sébastien Coustarret works on the family vineyard that has been passed down for several generations (7 to date!). The vineyard is located on the hillsides of Lasseube, in a green setting, at an altitude of 380m facing the magnificent Pyrenees mountain range! Guided by the knowledge of his ancestors and the passion for his profession, he strives to highlight the particularity of Jurançon grape varieties. Indeed, the marriage between sweetness, freshness, and alcohol gives the elegance and dignity of great wines. Rigor, patience, and observation allow the vines to produce the best fruits, overflowing with rare flavors and expressions.
