Julie Le Breton and Christophe Vial embarked on their journey in 2016, when they founded Domaine LBV near Uzès. They cultivate 5 hectares of vineyards using organic farming practices. Their approach includes controlled natural grass cover, soil ploughing, hand-harvesting, and meticulous attention to pruning and green harvesting.
Their wines beautifully capture the sun-drenched essence of Uzès in the Gard (30), a stunning village at the foot of the Cévennes. The estate boasts a parcel of Grenache Noir, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as a small plot of Grenache Blanc.
