A beautiful estate of 25 hectares today, managed organically, Clos des Jarres was created in 2010 by Vivien Hemelsdael in the communes of Laure and Caunes Minervois, at the foot of the Montagne Noire in the Aude region. Vivien, who took over from his parents who supplied their grapes to a cooperative, cultivates his vines and accompanies his wines with the utmost respect for his terroirs and plants to create complex wines full of life.
