MAISON HENRI MARIE Gentian 75cl Bio Botanical France

€966 EUR

A legacy of botanical tradition and artisanal craftsmanship

Rooted in a rich botanical heritage and artisanal know-how, Henri Marie’s organic, alcohol-free plant-based drinks celebrate the natural goodness of plants.

Ingredients: Sparkling water, sugar* (4.5g per 100ml – 0g protein, 0g salt), lemon juice*, lime juice*, grapefruit*, lemon zest*, lime zest*, juniper berry*, black pepper*, fresh ginger*, gentian root*, thyme*, horseradish root*, blackcurrant bud*, cayenne pepper* – *ingredients from organic farming.

Crafted from infusions, decoctions, and macerations of aromatic and medicinal plants, these drinks are healthy and gastronomic. They are 100% natural, organic, alcohol-free, delicately sparkling, and low in calories.

Created in collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Édouard Loubet, a passionate expert in mountain herbs, they are produced in a historic artisanal distillery in Belley, using high-quality, locally sourced natural ingredients.

A historic distillery with a new vision founded in the 1950s in the heart of Belley, the historic and spiritual capital of the Bugey region, the Sainte Famille distillery was the brainchild of local entrepreneur Robert Rameaux, who began producing and distributing plant-based remedies originally developed by the Brothers of the Holy Family in 1905.

After four prosperous decades, the company was sold to Lehning Laboratories, who saw great potential in Kario, a unique food supplement derived from the original recipes.

In 2007, Jean-Pierre Pellet took over the business, ushering in a new era focused on diversification into non-alcoholic drinks. He also expanded the company’s production and bottling capacity.

In 2023, La Grande Chartreuse acquired the company, aiming to explore the world of plants, wellness, and natural care, while reviving the distillery’s former glory. Still today, the recipes are faithfully followed, and the drinks are aged in the original century-old oak vats installed by the Brothers of the Holy Family.
