Tasting Notes: A dense wine oscillating between red and black fruits, a superb balance without austerity, dense and long with suave and enveloping tannins. A great success for Aymeric and for us too ;) !!

Domaine Mélaric is comprised of Mélanie and Aymeric, both with solid experience in the wine world before settling in the Loire region in 2006. They set up shop in the beautiful Saumur area of Puy Notre-Dame, gradually acquiring their 4 hectares of vines. It is a hill with magnificent tuffeau soils, highly sought after for their minerality, and where more and more young winemakers are settling! Their bio-biodynamic approach to their work, as well as the practice of gentle and patient aging, bring purity and minerality.
