Clos Larrouyat est un petit domaine de 3 hectares crée en 2011 par Maxime et Lucie Salharang. En appellation Jurançon, le domaine se situe sur le Haut de Gan sur un terroir atypique de l'appellation, des sols du Triasique (calcaire). Le domaine est conduit sur les principes de la biodynamie. Dans leurs vins ils cherchent à sublimer la tension, minéralité et salinité typiques de leur localisation.
