SALAMANDRE Vieille Eau de Vie de Prunes d'Ente 46° 150cl
This old Agen plum brandy is a "pure fruit" eau-de-vie, made from the natural fermentation of Agen plums, harvested just a few dozen kilometers from the Salamandre Distillery in Sarlat. This plum fermentation is then distilled in our traditional copper stills. It is an "extra old" plum brandy , aged for a minimum of 12 years in old oak barrels. Very smooth and distinctive, a subtle note of prunes follows a slightly woody initial taste. The quality of this eau-de-vie regularly earns it top awards at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris (8 medals since 1991).
