Terroir: Clay-limestone

Vinification / Ageing: Whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 225-litre oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in barrel. Aged for 12 months. No fining or filtration.

Tasting notes: Beautiful golden yellow colour, with a delicate nose of apricot and white flowers. The palate is round and rich, with a touch of floral freshness on the finish.

🍷 Serving temperature: 18°C — decanting recommended 1 hour before serving

Corinne and Ludovic craft wines with a deep respect for the land, and their cuvées are among the finest in their appellation. The estate has been certified organic since 2009 (Ecocert) and has been practising biodynamics in the vineyard since 2017. Soil work is done using animal traction or small, lightweight equipment. The wines are neither fined nor filtered.
