Tasting notes: Mineral, spicy and fruit-driven, crafted with a precise, thoughtful approach to oenology. Cuvée Bleu Chic, Olivier Belin’s first creation, plays with Meunier to elevate and enhance Chardonnay.
Olivier Belin’s vineyards are located on the sun-drenched slopes of the communes of Essômes-sur-Marne and Aulnois. To ensure diversity, he grows all three Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and, above all, Meunier. It is the blending of these three classic Champagne varieties that defines the typicity of Champagne wines. Meunier plays a key role in the character and distinctive style of Champagne from the Marne Valley.
