- Les Gains
- Les Creusettes
- Les Gouges
Tasting notes: This zero-dosage Champagne delights with its fruit-forward character, freshness and aromatic richness.
This Brut Nature is a blend of 77% Meunier and 23% Pinot Noir, aged for 6 years with no dosage. Its fruit notes, freshness and aromatic depth make it an excellent match for oysters.
A family-run estate for over five generations, Champagne Gratiot & Cie has grown from just 1.5 hectares in 1863 to 18 hectares today, spread across seven villages in the Marne Valley. Pinot Meunier is the beating heart of the domaine, complemented by Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and a touch of Petit Meslier. Each parcel, with its mix of clay-limestone and sandy soils, contributes character and nuance to their wines.
Now led by Rémy Gratiot, the estate combines heritage with modern vision. Sustainable vineyard practices underpin their philosophy of expressing terroir with freshness and precision. Their cuvées are grouped under the poetic “Almanach” collection, each volume a chapter in the story of the family’s savoir-faire. These Champagnes are generous, fruit-driven and authentic reflections of the Marne Valley.
