Terroir: The plots are located on the hillsides of Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne. These well-drained red clay soils allow the grapes to reach full ripeness while preserving exceptional freshness.

Vinification: Direct pressing without inert gas protection – 95% destemmed, 5% whole bunches. Natural vinification (no additives) at low temperature.
 
Ageing: On fine lees in concrete tanks.

Tasting notes: A translucent hue. A fruity nose with fresh red berries. On the palate, this Côtes-du-Rhône is fruit-forward with a floral aromatic profile and a fresh, vibrant finish.

The estate grows grape varieties traditionally associated with Châteauneuf-du-Pape on rolled pebble soils. Grenache Noir and Blanc, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Clairette Blanche all find the ideal conditions here to reach optimal ripeness.
