We are in the south, on the edge of the Cévennes, along the banks of the Gardon d’Anduze, not far from the beautiful town of Uzès. This is a historic certified organic estate, with certification dating back to 1979, and winemaking without added sulfur since 1987!
Across 33 hectares, Louis Julian is a true farmer; also a market gardener, raising poultry and pigs, and operating in near self-sufficiency by producing his own wheat and other crops… now joined by his two sons who have taken over the estate.
