Thomas Pissondes is the fifth generation of his family to run the farm located in La Chapelle de Rousse. Originally a mixed farming operation, the estate gradually shifted its focus entirely to viticulture.
Today, the estate covers approximately 3 hectares, cultivating the traditional grape varieties of Jurançon on clay and silt soils interspersed with veins of the region's characteristic puddingstone.
The vineyards are farmed organically, with a strong commitment to expressing the authentic character and distinctive terroir of Jurançon wines.
