DELAUNAY En Attendant 2025 Vin de France (Muscadet) 75cl White
Grape varieties: 70% Melon de Bourgogne & Folle Blanche
“Waiting for” the other 2025 wines following a difficult and forgettable 2024 vintage…
Terroir: Stony, sandy soils from decomposed rock, shallow, with granodiorite and gneiss subsoil.
Tasting: Spring flower aromas, round yet highly refreshing palate… very drinkable.
Serving temperature: 11°C
Antoine Delaunay, a 36-year-old winemaker, returned to the family estate in 2015. Organic conversion began in 2011 with his father Philippe. They stopped selling grapes to négociants and consolidated parcels to create Delaunay Vignerons. Today, 28 hectares are carefully farmed, wines are made naturally, with long lees aging on several cuvées.
