The Hebinger family are winemakers based in Eguisheim, Alsace, working in organic and biodynamic agriculture since 2006.
“Our conviction is that the respect Man shows to Nature reflects the respect he shows to himself.”
We fully agree with this philosophy. In terms of winemaking, they adopt the least interventionist approach possible.
A total of 11 hectares are farmed with this level of care. Their vineyards are also located on four Grands Crus: two in Eguisheim (Eichberg and Pfersigberg), one in Wintzenheim (Hengst), and the last in Niedermorschwihr (Sommerberg).
Our wine shop, in the heart of the city of Pau, is dedicated to introducing our customers, local and beyond, to wines that step off the beaten path and that genuinely excite us. The ball is now in the hands of wine lovers: it’s up to them to take over and become passionate ambassadors in their own right!
