La Rogerie is the union of two families of farmer-winemakers: the young couple Justine Boxler in Alsace (Niedermorschwihr) and François Petit in Champagne (Avize), who returned to Champagne in 2015. They share a deep conviction that they are guided by exceptional terroir and plant heritage. Their Chardonnay vines were planted in the 1950s and selected from massal selections. They work in harmony with biodiversity and also practise animal traction alongside tractor work. Their Champagne vineyards are located in the Grand Cru village of Avize, extending to the borders of Cramant and Oger.
For their Alsace wines, they vinify small quantities of beautifully crafted cuvées from family-owned parcels.
Our wine shop, in the heart of the city of Pau, is dedicated to introducing our customers, local and beyond, to wines that step off the beaten path and that genuinely excite us. The ball is now in the hands of wine lovers: it’s up to them to take over and become passionate ambassadors themselves!
