Subscriptions, gifts all year round
Surprise your loved ones by offering them one of the two subscriptions from Cave du Palais. Whether you prefer light or full-bodied wines, are a novice or experienced connoisseur, our monthly offers will satisfy your thirst for epicurean discoveries: small estates, lesser-known or renowned appellations, world wines. These monthly subscriptions (you can choose as you wish) will allow the recipient to go from surprise to surprise, to discover and taste wines they wouldn't have even considered. They can even shine in society thanks to the explanatory booklet on the wines and estates, as well as food and wine pairings to best accompany these beautiful beverages.
On the well-set table, shellfish and crustaceans
End-of-year meals are an ode to iodine:Â oysters, clams, mussels, langoustines, scallops, and other seafood feasts. For a beautiful synchronized swim, head for freshly zesty, finely saline, and perfectly mineral whites. All that's left is to take the plunge (in seawater, of course)!!!
Poultry and wine, don't be a fool any longer
Christmas, its tree, its gifts, its snowflakes (yes, we are optimistic people) and… its capon.
To avoid running around like a headless chicken, head to Cave du Palais where you will find this year again the magnificent poultry from Pierre Duplantier (orders until the 17th, payment in cash or by check upon delivery on December 23rd or 24th).
Poulardes, poulettes, capons and other quails will be able to strut on your holiday tables. And to accompany them, you ask? Intense and delicate Loire Cabernet Franc, deep and silky Burgundy Pinot Noir, dry or sweet Jurançon Manseng, fine but vinous Champagne bubbles… everything will be in the stuffing, the juice, the accompaniments. But isn't the most existential question the following: "Wing or thigh?"
