Today we have just added three beautiful Champagnes from Clément Perseval to our selection of Growers' Champagnes, along with a "Naturellement" Champagne from Cazé-Thibaut.
Let's talk about Clément Perseval, a Champagne winemaker from the heart of the Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park. With solid experience, notably under the wing of Anselme Selosse, Clément took over 2 hectares of the family vines, which he branded with his own name before taking full control. He works the vines in his own way, respecting biodiversity, and vinifies naturally. The fruits of his labor produce Champagnes of this new generation with a lot of personality, passion, and expression of the terroir.

Champagne Cazé Thibaut, a winemaker in Châtillon sur Marne between Epernay and Château Thierry, took over his father's estate 14 years ago in 2007, but he waited until 2013 before releasing his first vintage - the time it took for the soil and vines to assimilate the complete change from conventional farming to natural farming. Fabien Cazé took the time to create Champagnes in his own image. We are delighted to introduce you to them.
