On the advice of another customer, we tried a small restaurant in a small neighborhood that's not easy for a simple tourist to find... A great experience with superb octopus!
After lunch, fortunately, we decided to leave the car not far from the restaurant and continue on foot... We really needed to digest our midday feast... succulent pork ribs (in plenty of oil, of course), octopus, potatoes! ...
The Bidassoa brewery is a real craft brewery... You can feel the passion, the concentration, the tasting area... With a capacity of 200,000 liters, it remains on a very human scale. Three people work there full-time. Fortunately, a friend is good at tinkering with machines... The labeling machine was bought second-hand and modified to label small bottles!
Then we escaped the rain to take shelter at Bar le Boulevard to enjoy some good beers.
