It was in 2017 that Alexandre, after a career in engineering, decided to return to Ay to manage his mother's vineyards (Vollereaux Family). The vineyards extend across the villages of the southern slopes of Epernay - Brugny, Pierry, and Vaudancourt. A mosaic of terroirs on limestone, marl, and clay.
